Especially singles and young people. That is probably the reason why the University Niederrhein offers a procrastination test with tips on how to overcome that behavior.* <em><strong>According to that, there are 6 different procrastination types:<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p><em><strong>The perfectionist. The worried one. The crisis instigator. The dreamer. The exaggerator. In this respect, procrastination is pretty normal. <em><strong>The most important trick:<\/strong><\/em> Just do it. And tell yourself: I will write this article. <em>(Not: I must\/want to write this article).<\/em> It\u2019s as easy as that. And it is worth it. Because postponing things takes up so much time and energy.
