Twice a day, everyone there is entitled to a 15-minute break.<\/strong><\/em> Which may be the reason why the Finns have the highest coffee consumption in the world, namely 12.13 pounds per person per year! In Germany, by the way, the short informal chat in the coffee kitchen is not a chartered right.
