On some days, it is already so hot in the mornings that even the biggest coffee aficionado (me) can’t imagine having a nice and hot café crema or anything like that. Not only then, but especially then, this recipe is right on cue: An ice-cold smoothie with berries and coffee!
Tastes delicious and really gets you going.
Cut the Banana into thin slices (1/2 inch), spread them out and freeze for 3 hours. Then, mix all ingredients in a blender (or with a hand blender), pour smoothie into a glass, done.
Also makes a great lunch snack on hot days.
