Gently boil 1 liter of water with 50g cane sugar, 1cinnamon stick, 5 cloves and the peel of an orange for about 5 minutes.
Add 6 table spoons of coarsely grounded coffee. Bring to the boil one more time, remove from the stove, put the lid on and let it let everything steep for another 5 minutes.
Pass through a sieve to your favorite cup or mug and decorate it with a cinnamon stick as a little spoon. Like it sweet? Feel free to add a little extra sugar.
