It is the perfect spice for the winter cuisine: Pumpkin, sweet potatoes, game, stews, and even beet go wonderfully with this enormously aromatic salt version, giving it an exciting, sophisticated touch. Very simple and yet, very surprising. We specifically encourage you to experiment with it.
Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients well and store in a pretty, well-sealed jar in a dark place. Tie a bow around it. Done. Just remember to remove the vanilla pod from the jar after 1-2 days.

Liqueur? You might ask – isn’t that something for our grannies? Let us surprise you: This coffee liqueur definitely has it all and tastes simply delicious when enjoyed along with a piece of vegan pumpkin pie. So grab yourself a nice bottle and get started:

Leave the coffee to infuse in the vodka for 6 hours. Then, filter slowly and mix with the sugar syrup. Heat it slightly (!), so that everything mixes better. If the liqueur is too strong for you, you can reduce the infusion time a little. Now, add a little decoration to the bottle and you’re done.

They are quickly prepared (no baking!), extremely tasty, and provide a quick boost of energy – which we all can really use at the moment. And if you pack them nicely in a cloth bag or craft bag they make a very nice and even tastier gift that pretty much everyone will be happy to receive.

Make the espresso. Finely chop the dates and nuts. Add the espresso and mix everything together. Then, stir in the remaining ingredients to create a slightly firmer mixture. With wet hands, roll into equally sized balls and roll them in ground coffee, cocoa, or coconut flakes. The balls taste best fresh, so don’t plan too much in advance.
